TESTIMONIALS
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed different roles within the septic, drainage, wastewater and wastewater management industries. What I’ve learned from each of these roles is that all of these complex infrastructure systems work together - the more you know about each, the better you can solve problems.
I AM PROUD TO SHOW YOU SOME OF THE TESTIMONIALS FROM MY INDUSTRIAL COLLEAGUES BELOW.
“I am the treasurer of a Homeowner’s Association with 15+ homes. I met Mike while coaching Little League in Warwick. I learned about his line of work and asked him if there was a way to save money if all 15 of our homes got together for septic maintenance. Mike set us up with a local reputable septic company which continues to maintain our systems at a discounted rate.”
Homeowner’s Association, Warwick
“We were contracted by a local municipality after an assessment of infiltration into their wastewater system. Mike’s knowledge and expertise proved to be invaluable in providing an asset management program for the town. He introduced us to trenchless [no-dig] options so that we didn’t have to dig. That saved the town quite a bit of money.”
Local Engineering Firm, Orange County
“In developing a fourteen-lot subdivision, two lots had extremely high water tables and it proved very difficult to get septic system designs approved by the Town Health Dept. After meeting Mike at a local Chamber of Commerce meeting, he suggested he could help and would only charge me if the on-site septic system designs were approved by the town. After working with Mike and a local engineering firm he suggested, together they designed an aerobic treatment system where the discharge from the tanks into the drainage field were clean enough so that it did not contaminate the high water table and these designs were accepted. This allowed me to build the 2 additional homes on the property. Big profits!”
Home Builder, Montgomery
“A homeowner was complaining of odors inside and outside of their newly constructed home. I worked with Mike in the past, when he was employed at an environmental services company in the area. I knew of his expertise. After just a few minutes on site, he diagnosed the home’s plumbing venting was the culprit. He suggested a local contractor, who installed odor control on the roof’s vent. The problem was solved quite inexpensively.”

NOW TAKE A LOOK AT SOME TESTIMONIALS FROM HOMEOWNERS
While I did not professionally consult with homeowners, I offered a few ‘favors’ to friends and family when they were having problems with their septic systems, wells, or drainage.
As a homeowner, you might get different assessments from different service companies. That can prove quite confusing for you! I have seen that there is a demand for more educated and complete information to solve some of the common problems we experience as proud homeowners.
That is why I am now offering my expert consulting services to homeowners. Because I know I can solve a lot of problems and save a lot of money!
“I can’t thank Mike enough! In 2010, our septic was backing up into our house. A septic company advised that we have our septic tank pumped. Even after that, the problem continued intermittently. Mike got a local professional to camera our lines and found a broken pipe that was fixed without digging up our yard! [no-dig]. That saved us a ton of money. Our system has been flowing freely ever since.”
Tim, Chester
“We were being told three different things from three different plumbing and septic companies. A friend recommended that I call Mike for advice. His first idea was to have all three companies come to my home at the same time. Working together, we found out that nobody diagnosed the problem 100% correctly, but each had a little bit right. By getting all of them on the same page, the problem was solved. I paid Mike a small consulting fee rather than spending tens of thousands of dollars to replace the septic system.”
Victoria, Goshen
“Anytime there is drainage or a septic system involved, I call Mike. We have become personal friends over the years. He knows his stuff!”
Local Landscaping Co Owner, Orange Cty
“After failing several septic inspections for a home sale, a neighbor recommended a friend of his to come take a look. That’s when we met Mike. He found that our system was being overloaded because our downspouts, our foundation drain, and our faulty water softening system were all draining through the septic system. Once they were removed from the system and redirected, the overload stopped and two months later, the system passed inspection and our home sale was completed.”
John, Sugar Loaf
“I called an excavating company to help figure out what was causing a big wet spot in my septic drain field. The excavator said it was failed drainage and needed to be replaced — for big bucks — although it was less than five years old. A friend told me about Mike. Mike came in and said that a drain field should last for more than 20 years. After some site investigation during a rainstorm, he found the source to be storm runoff from our neighbor’s property, saturating the drain field. The excavator installed a curtain drain for less than $5,000 and our problem was solved.”
Eugene, Rockland County
